Privacy Policy for Arrow Puzzle
Last updated: 8/14/2026
This Privacy Policy describes how Arrow Puzzle ("the App," "we," "us") handles information when you use the App.
1. Who we are
Arrow Puzzle is developed by Addis Developers ("we," "us"). Contact: addisdevelopers@gmail.com.
2. You can play without an account
Arrow Puzzle works fully offline as a guest — no sign-in is required. As a guest, your progress (levels completed, stars earned, settings) is stored only on your device and is never sent to us. Uninstalling the App deletes this data permanently.
3. Information we collect if you choose to sign in
The App offers one optional sign-in method: Sign in with Google, reachable from the Profile screen. If you sign in:
- Account information: we receive your Google account's display name (or a name we derive from it), email address, and profile photo URL from Google, and use them to create a player profile.
- Gameplay progress: which levels you've completed, your best result (stars and lives lost) per level, and your total star count — synced to our cloud database (Google Cloud Firestore) so your progress survives a reinstall or a new device, in addition to being cached on your own device.
- Leaderboard visibility: if you sign in, your chosen username, profile photo, and total star count become visible to other signed-in players on the in-app Leaderboard. Guests do not appear on the Leaderboard and cannot view it.
- Account creation timestamp: used to show how long you've had an account on your Profile screen.
We do not collect your real name (only what Google provides), physical address, phone number, payment details, or any government ID.
4. Advertising
The App shows ads (banner, interstitial, and optional rewarded video ads for extra lives) through Google AdMob. To do this, Google's AdMob SDK runs inside the App and may collect information such as your device's advertising identifier, IP address, general location, and app usage/interaction data, in order to serve and measure ads.
If you are in a region where consent for personalised advertising is required (such as the EEA, the UK, or Switzerland), the App asks for your choice the first time it runs, and you can review or change that choice at any time from About Game > Privacy Options inside the App.
Google's use of this data is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
5. Notifications
The App does not currently send push notifications or reminders of any kind.
6. Third-party services this App uses
| Service | Purpose | Data involved |
|---|---|---|
| Google Firebase Authentication | Optional Google sign-in | Google account ID, email |
| Google Cloud Firestore | Cloud-syncing progress, stats, leaderboard, usernames | Profile + progress data described above |

| Google Sign-In | Authentication | Google account profile |
We do not sell your information to anyone, and we do not use any analytics or crash-reporting service beyond what's listed above.
7. Children's privacy
Arrow Puzzle is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent age of digital consent in your region).
8. Your choices and rights
- Play as a guest at any time to avoid sharing any account information with us.
- Sign out from the Profile screen at any time.
- Delete your account and all associated data at any time from Profile > Delete My Data — this is a real, self-service action that removes your cloud data and local progress immediately.
- Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights (e.g., under GDPR or CCPA) to access, correct, or export your data — contact us to exercise these.
9. Data security
We rely on Google Firebase's infrastructure and security practices for any data we store in the cloud, and Firestore Security Rules to restrict who can read or write your data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continued use of the App after a change means you accept the updated policy.
