Terms of Service for Arrow Puzzle

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Arrow Puzzle (the "App"), developed by Addis Developers ("we," "us," "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Arrow Puzzle is a single-player, offline-first puzzle game: tap arrows to clear them off a grid without running out of lives. Optionally, sign in with a Google account to sync your progress across devices and appear on a global Leaderboard ranked by total stars. No purchase is required to play; the App shows ads and offers an optional rewarded-video-ad flow to regain lives after a failed level.

2. Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the App, or have a parent/guardian's permission to do so.

3. Accounts

• Signing in is entirely optional; you can play as a guest indefinitely.
• If you sign in with Google, you're responsible for keeping your Google account secure — we authenticate you through Google and never see or store your Google password.
• You may delete your account and all associated data at any time from the App's Profile > Delete My Data screen.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use any method to falsify your progress, stars, or Leaderboard ranking.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the App's source code, assets, or level data beyond what's permitted by applicable law.
• Use another person's Google account or otherwise misrepresent your identity within the App.
• Interfere with the App's servers, cloud infrastructure, or other players' ability to use it.
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.

5. Advertising and in-app purchases

The App displays ads served by Google AdMob. See the companion Privacy Policy for what data this involves. The App currently has no in-app purchases — the "Get More Lives" flow is funded entirely by watching an optional rewarded ad, never by payment.

6. Your content

The App does not currently support user-generated content, chat, or messaging between players. Your chosen in-app username is visible to other signed-in players via the Leaderboard.

7. Intellectual property

The App, including its code, visual design, level content, and branding, is owned by Addis Developers and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You're granted a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for its intended purpose.

8. Third-party services

The App relies on third-party services — Google Firebase (Authentication, Cloud Firestore), Google Sign-In, and Google Mobile Ads — each governed by their own terms in addition to these. We aren't responsible for the availability or behavior of these third-party services, including any ad content they serve.

9. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT YOUR PROGRESS WILL NEVER BE LOST (FOR EXAMPLE, IF YOU PLAY AS A GUEST AND UNINSTALL THE APP, THAT PROGRESS CANNOT BE RECOVERED).

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Addis Developers WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

11. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate your access to cloud features for violating these Terms.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time; we'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ethiopia, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
